We recommend that your suggestion provide as much as possible of the information needed for a nomination. If you can nominate the innovation yourself or help someone else to do so, please use the NOVA Award Nomination Form provided online. Otherwise, please write, email, fax, or phone CIF with the following information about the innovation:
- A subject line of, "Suggest an Innovation"
- A name for the innovation
- A description of the innovation
- Where and when the innovation has been used
- How you know of the innovation
- Your name, title, organization, address, city, state or province, country, phone, fax, email, and url if applicable
- If we have your permission to contact you for further information
- Contact information for any others we can contact for further information
